Get to Know Me

I'm always looking to learn, it's how I'm wired.

I spend probably too long researching things, and usually end up with knowledge I probably don't need. But I'm always learning something new, and that's what satisfies my curiosity. I've lost entire evenings to reading about joinery techniques, mechanical keyboards, and audio interfaces.

I like working with my hands, which is what got me into woodworking and hand tool joinery. When we bought our house a few years ago, we had a yard for the first time, which led to trying my hand at gardening as well. We've now got a strong native wildflower garden and have expanded into vegetables

Outside of all that, you'll find me watching the Winnipeg Jets, gaming, or on the couch with my cat Winston. He has strong opinions about where I should be sitting at any given moment.
